:D If you have light & dark soy sauce, you can use more dark and less light, because light soy sauce is more salty than the dark, while gives it less colour.

Normally I made the chicken recipe with chicken marinade sauce, (the very liquidy type) but if you use soy sauce, you gotta cut the amount of soy sauce you use so that it won't be too salty. You could increase the amount of sugar too to make it as sweet-salty as you like.
